A Letter from the President Whether you are new to the Park, or are a long-time resident, I am delighted you are exploring our new digital home. Our mission is to provide our residents with timely and up-to-date information and I hope this provides you with that. Ivan Wilson President Origins The Park Place Residents Association dates back to 1998, and under its Terms, was originally formed for recreational activities for Members. The Constitution is reviewed on a regular basis and has gone through several updates over the years to ensure it remains fresh and relevant. The most recent Amendment to the Constitution was approved in January 2025, by a majority of ballots resulting in the association we have today. The PPRA operates to promote a safe and secure lifestyle in a stimulating environment of life and good health and the development of a happy community within Park Place. It also represents the interests of Park Place residents with Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities.
